WHAT'S SUP?

Stand up paddle boarding, also known as SUP, is the perfect workout on the water for everyone. It's one of the fastest growing sports in the Netherlands, and that's not surprising. With only a paddle in your hand and a board under your feet, supping offers a fantastic cardio work out and being outside provides complete relaxation. The most frequently mentioned benefit of supping is training your core (abdominal muscles) and balance.

THE PERFECT WORKOUT

As one of the easiest sports to learn, supping is a perfect choice to train your overall fitness, no matter what level. Enjoy the view while forgetting you are actually exercising. Supping is suitable for the whole family and even with the dog.

WHAT DO OUR VISITORS THINK?

SUP RENTAL

Rent a SUP board and go out by yourself, or with others, along the ijssel. You can SUP as long as you want during opening hours.

From 01 October to 01 April we have a winter schedule. This means that sup rentals are on request and there are no fixed opening hours. You can always call or email for your desired date and time.

SUP GROUP LESSONS

Shall we take to the water together? Whether you want to SUP by yourself, with your dog, while doing yoga, in the evening with a drink after, or is it the perfect activity for your kids: Try it out and book one of our SUP group lessons.

SUP only something for summer? Nonsense! Being outside and moving around can also be done in winter. Thanks to a wetsuit and matching boots you'll get warm rather than cold. Keep moving and join one of our winter classes.

Where are you sitting?

You arrive at the parking lot of the Marnemoende Marina. Walk towards the waterfront, follow the path to the right next to the trailer ramp. We are located behind Loods 1 and next to the BeachBar.

How long in advance may I attend?

Present 15 min in advance. arrive at this time due to boarding/disembarkation time

What do I put on?

Put on athletic clothing. Bring extra set of dry clothes.

Can I shower at your place?

You can shower with us.

What cost do I pay to receive instruction to get on the water the first time?

Free instruction on the beach and water advice from us.

Where do I leave my valuables?

Water barrel for rent €1 for your valuables

What do I need when taking classes?

Bring towel, drink and dry clothes.

From what age can you Suppen independently ?

With swimming certificate from 16 years of age.

In what ways can I pay?

Currently we only operate a reservation system and you pay on location. Please pay with Pin.
